1. Provider details (interim)

Operating entity (M0): UA ФОП (registration data published before public launch — RELEASE_CHECKLIST.md § R-UA-1).
EU operating entity: target NL B.V. — created upon trigger D-1.2 (DECISIONS.md).

2. Subject of the contract

We deliver an AI-generated working concept reviewed and signed by a registered partner-architect from your jurisdiction (SBA / НААУ / IARP / Architektenkammer).

3. Pricing and payment

Prices and what is included are listed at /pricing. Payment is collected before AI generation for paid tiers.

4. Performance

Standard turnaround per tier is published on /how-it-works. Delays caused by incomplete briefs or client-side reviews extend the deadline accordingly.

5. Refunds and cancellation

14-day right of withdrawal for EU consumers (Directive 2011/83/EU), unless

performance has begun with the consumer's express prior consent.

For UA consumers: refund per ЗУ "Про захист прав споживачів".

6. Acceptance and sign-off

The signed PDF deliverable is the binding output. The AI working draft is informational only.

7. Liability

Limited to the fees paid for the affected order, except for liability that cannot be excluded by mandatory law (consumer rights, gross negligence, fraud).

8. Disputes

EU: ODR platform https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. UA: courts of Ukraine according to civil-procedure law.
