What does archi.sulerr.com actually deliver?
A working concept and (optionally) full project documentation, generated by AI and reviewed/signed by a registered local architect.
Who signs the project?
A registered architect from the jurisdiction you selected — SBA (NL), НААУ (UA), IARP (PL) or Architektenkammer (DE). Their registration number is on the deliverable.
How much is AI, how much is human?
AI drafts the document; engineer reviews; architect verifies plot-specific feasibility and signs. The AI cannot sign anything; only the architect can.
What's the difference between Tier 0/1/2/3?
Tier 0 is a free informational concept. Tier 1 adds an architect's sketch sign-off. Tier 2 is permit-ready signed project documentation. Tier 3 is a subscription for ongoing construction support.
In which languages do you work?
Dutch, Ukrainian, Polish, German and English. Final deliverable language matches the jurisdiction.

Is Tier 0 really free?
Yes. You get one free CP per email per quarter; no payment details required.
What's included in Tier 1?
Tier 0 deliverables plus floor sketches at 1:100, facades scheme, areas and volume report, and a signed sketch PDF.
What's included in Tier 2?
Permit-package drawings (AR, CD, MEP outline), energy-performance compliance file, and the architect's signed cover sheet with their insurance reference.
How does the Tier 3 subscription work?
Monthly billing; up to 4 revisions/month; pause or cancel any time; pro-rata refund on cancellation.
Refund policy?
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal unless performance has begun with explicit consent. UA consumers' rights apply per ЗУ 'Про захист прав споживачів'.
Ablauf und Termine
How long does it take?
Tier 0: ≤24 hours. Tier 1: 3–5 business days. Tier 2: 10–15 business days, depending on jurisdiction queue.
Can I request changes?
Yes. Each tier includes a number of free revisions; further revisions are charged per the rate published on /pricing.
What inputs do you need from me?
Plot address or parameters, building intent (new build / renovation / extension), preferences and photos. The brief form guides you through it.
In what format do I receive the deliverable?
Signed PDF for the official deliverable; DWG/IFC for source files in Tier 2.
Do you handle the permit submission?
Tier 2 includes a permit-ready package; the actual submission is done by the partner-architect or by you with their assistance.
Rechtliches und Haftung
Who is liable if something goes wrong?
The signing architect is professionally liable under their registration and insurance. archi.sulerr.com is the platform provider; liability is bounded as published in /legal/offer.
Is the architect insured?
Yes. Each partner-architect is required to carry professional indemnity insurance; the cover amount is shown on /architects.
Can I cancel after submitting a brief?
Yes. EU 14-day right of withdrawal; UA 'Захист прав споживачів' rules. See /legal/offer for details.
Who is the data controller?
The operating entity for your jurisdiction (see /legal/offer). DPO contact: privacy@archi.sulerr.com.

How do I export my data?
Sign in to /lk → Data → Export. You'll receive a JSON download with all data we hold about you.
How do I delete my data?
Sign in to /lk → Data → Delete. The DPO confirms within 30 days; statutory retention may apply for completed projects.
Where is my data stored?
EU servers (NL/DE) for EU clients; UA servers for UA clients. AI processing occurs in the Anthropic EU region under a DPA with zero-data-retention.
