We prepare the first stage of a residential project — concept, code check, cost range and permit route — so you decide with facts before you pay an architect for full documentation.

Ruslan started this service to make the first step of a house project cheaper and more honest. He is an electrical engineer who ran his own energy company for nine years, which is why the electrical, plumbing and HVAC sections of the working set are our strongest part.

Team
Every result is reviewed by an in-house engineer before you see it. Where an architect's signature is offered, the signing architect is named in the offer and verifiable in the public register. We do not list people who have not agreed to be listed.
