1. Parties and scope
These Terms govern your access to and use of archi.sulerr.com, operated by the provider identified at /legal/offer. By using the service you agree to these Terms.
2. Service description
archi.sulerr.com produces an AI-generated working concept (concept proposal, "CP") based on the brief you submit. The CP is not a legally binding project document. A registered local architect must review and sign the deliverable before it can be used for a building permit or construction.
3. Tiers and deliverables
See Pricing and How it works for tier definitions. Each tier specifies what is included, what is excluded, and what is delivered.
4. AI involvement disclosure
Substantial parts of the CP are generated by an AI system (currently Anthropic Claude). The named partner-architect remains responsible for the final signed document under their professional registration.
5. Use restrictions
You agree not to use the service for:
- Unauthorised use of third-party intellectual property
- Submitting briefs containing personal data of third parties without lawful basis
- Attempts to extract, evade or manipulate AI safety controls (prompt injection)
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider's liability is limited as specified in /legal/offer. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer-protection law of your jurisdiction.
7. Governing law
Governing law and forum follow the local annex bound to the jurisdiction you selected at brief submission.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes are notified by email at least 14 days in advance.
